London and Armonk, NY, October 10, 2023 / The Ernst & Young organization and IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced the launch of EY.ai Workforce, an innovative HR solution that assists organizations bring artificial intelligence ( AI ) integrated into their key business HR business processes. This marks a critical next step in collaboration between companies and an important milestone in the use of artificial intelligence to improve the productivity of HR functions.
EY.ai Workforce combines the artificial intelligence and automation of IBM watsonx Orchestrate with the EY organizational domain knowledge in HR transformation to help organizations innovate their HR processes. Organizations can have confidence in EY teams’ understanding of their business processes to plan and deploy tailored solutions that help employees streamline their work with the help of artificial intelligence.
